Promote the application of 4.0 technologies such as space technology, GIS, Remote sensing, IOT, Big data, AI, etc. information technology in forecasting water sources, natural disasters, epidemics, impacts of climate change for the agricultural sector and field; forecasting, analyzing policies and markets for agricultural products; building links in agricultural value chains, processing industries and logistics services to support agriculture.

Applying science, technology and digital technology on 3 product axes (national key products, provincial key products, and local specialties (according to the model of one product per commune) are appropriate. with advantages, market needs and adaptation to climate change.

Regarding the vision of digital transformation in agriculture by 2030, it is determined to create an environment and an agricultural digital ecosystem as the foundation, create institutions, and promote the transition from “Agricultural production” to “Agricultural economy”; develop high-tech agriculture in the direction of focusing on smart agriculture and precision agriculture, increasing the proportion of digital agriculture in the economy.
