JOB DESCRIPTION

Logistics & Transport Coordinator (Full-time)

– Working as assigned by Ops Manager

– Receive order information, arrange cold / regular car + reasonable time to get to Hub / WH to receive shipment.

– Compare POD with the actual goods before shipping:

• Distributing retail goods for near-air orders (contact customers before delivery, inform the expected time of arrival), for customers to sign and receive on POD;
• Handling orders that were not delivered within a day;
• Expected time + risk to transport large consignments to the consolidation agent (to the loading door of the cargo terminal at the airport) is not too early;

– Delivery on leadtime;

– Notify shipment information to agent to make reservations for air travel;

– Get firm feedback from the agent, avoid the arrival of the goods when the goods are dropped, unable to board the aircraft due to the agent’s subjective reasons;

– Negotiate the terms of responsibility for delivery with the service party or the driver;

– Coordinate and flexibly handle incidents occurring in the delivery process;

– Collect PODs every other day from the driver / transport company;

Request

• Personnel graduated from Universities in Marketing, International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration
• Candidates who have relevant work experience in the fields of goods, agricultural materials – forestry – aquatic – seafood;
• Ham learning, job management ability and independent working thinking;
• Have a passion for trade promotion activities, agricultural products;
• Defining a clear development direction for at least the next 1 year;
• Responsibility and teamwork skills, good communication – theory.

• Salary policy:
• Fulltime: 7,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND (+ Allowance)
• Part-time: 4,000,000 VND – 6,000,000 VND (+ Allowances)
• Supervisor: 12,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND (+ Allowances)
• Salary and bonus: 13+ months (or based on working capacity);
